To reset your password:
- Open the 10-21 app and navigate to the sign in page
- Enter your email address for your user name and click on the 'Next' button.
- Now on the password page, select Forgot Password below the Sign On button
- Enter your email address you use to sign in
- Select Reset My Password
- A password reset link will be delivered to your email
- Select the reset link provided by that email
- Enter a new password to your liking and select Change My Password
- Finally sign in to the 10-21 app using your new password
