Admin CallManager Menus
Users - Provisioning
Select the Users tab to view all users associated with your Agency if they're being added by your domain automatically. If you don't have a domain name associated with your Agency, contact your account representative to provide the necessary user list.
Users - Managing
You can search by user email address and filter by Subscription Type, Role, or Unit. If your Agency has automatic license allocation, we will assign 'Standard' or 'Plus' licenses to users except for users with no activity within the last year. You can manually upgrade/downgrade users from the subscription column. In addition, you can also select View Profile to modify their First and last Name, Rank/Title, Unit, License, and role.
If one of your users previously paid for their own subscription, ensure they are upgraded to standard and then have them cancel their subscription in the App Store.
Agency
You can modify agency information such as Dispatch number, Area code, and Time zone and view your 10-21 contract and domain information. When a civilian calls your officer, the dispatch number will be assigned as a secondary callback option. Your officers can overwrite the Dispatch number with a number they manually enter from the 10-21 Police Phone app.
Callback Requests
Search by email or filter by 10-21 Police Phone Numbers, Citizen Numbers, Date Range, or Status. When a citizen requests a callback, you will be able to see when the officer responded, or you can mark the Awaiting Callback request as Responded.
