10-21 Police Phone Professional gives you access to your full call history from the date of upgrade. Look back through your entire call log to verify your contact with citizens or access numbers you would have lost.
Tap the orange call history icon at the bottom left-hand corner of your application to review Callback Requests and outbound call records.
The “Mark as Unread" feature allows officers to flag calls as reminders for a follow-up callback later. This can be done by swiping the call record from left to right or by tapping and holding the call entry to place it back at the top of the callback request list. This action effectively generates a new callback request.
The Mute/Unmute feature allows officers to silence callback request notifications from specific contacts in their call history. Muting silences the notifications for callback requests for the contact selected. Callback requests will be displayed in the call history section even when muted. To enable/disable mute, the officer taps the contact record in the call history and selects the desired setting.
