Cloud Contacts is a Professional feature allowing you to separate your usual Phone Contacts into a separate tab while giving you the ability to add 10-21 Police Phone specific Cloud Contacts for work purposes.
To add a new Cloud Contact, simply press the + icon at the top or bottom of the Cloud Contacts list. Add the contact's first name, last & phone number. Optionally, you can pin the contact to the top of your list or enter field notes to reference later on.
After you've added a Cloud Contact, you'll be able to see them in your Cloud Contact's list. Tapping a contact will display the contact's information page with additional features to help you with following up. You can make a Voice or Video Call, add field notes, review the call history, or pin them to the top of your Cloud Contact list.
To hide or show pinned contacts, you can tap the arrow button at the top of the list.
