When your call gets declined or goes to voicemail, Follow Up will send a text message that identifies you as law enforcement and gives the citizen an easy way to request a callback.
If you're subscribed to 10-21 Professional, but don't want to use this feature, you can disable it in Settings tapping on the gear icon to the bottom right of your screen. Disable Follow Up under the advanced settings.
