Once you are logged in to the CallManager dashboard as an agency Administrator or User (Standard/Plus), you can access your profile by selecting your name in the upper right-hand corner.
- Once selected, you, as the administrator, will see -
First Name, Last Name, Rank/Title 1, Rank/Title 2, Unit, License, Extension number, and Email Status can be edited and saved.
Another admin within your Agency can update the role. You won't be able to edit your own.
Email address and Agency are only editable by the Motorola support team.
- Standard or Plus users will see -
First Name, Last Name, Rank/Title 1, Rank/Title 2, and Unit can be edited and saved.
The License, Role, and extension number can be edited and saved by agency administrators only.
