Select the 'Users' tab at the top of the page.
This page lists all your agency's users. You can search by user email and/or filter by Subscription, Role, or Unit.
Subscription
You can upgrade/downgrade a user from the Subscriptions column or by selecting 'View Profile.'
View Profile
Select 'View Profile' to edit information such as First and Last Name, Rank/Title 1, Rank/Title 2, Unit, License, and Role. You will also have the option to remove users; click here to learn more.
To update a user's extension number, if they have one, select 'change'. Enter the new number in the text field, and then click 'save'. To discard your changes, select 'reset'.
You can also manage a user's email verification status. If the email is verified, you can click 'unverify' to change its status. If the email is unverified, select 'verify' to confirm it.
Invite Users
Admins can now invite users to download the 10-21 police phone app through the department Users tab in 10-21 CallManager. Please follow the steps for inviting users to your agency here.
