Registering With 10-21

Sign on using your existing CommandCentral credentials

If you're already using CommandCentral to sign in to Motorola Solutions Applications, you don't need to register with 10-21 Police Phone; sign on using your CommandCentral credentials.

Register for a 10-21 Police Phone account

1. Open 10-21, enter your official law enforcement email, and tap Request an Account.
   • Individual accounts will be reviewed with your submitted credentials. 
   • A 10-21 team member will reply with an email confirmation link. 
   • If your Agency has purchased a plan, your local admin will create your account for you. 
2. Check your email, then click the link to verify your account (this is required)
   Didn't get it? Check your spam or add [e-mail] to your contacts, then try again.
3. Create a password that you will remember, then tap Continue.
4. Reopen the app, and you will be able to use 10-21!
