Starter & Professional Users
- On the main screen of the app, tap the menu button/hamburger icon in the upper left corner
- Tap Dispatch Connect then enter the department's non-emergency number
By doing this, citizens will have the option to immediately reach a dispatcher at the department by pressing 0 when returning your call.
Standard Users
Your department/agency may have already assigned a Dispatch Connect number for any users that have licenses paid for by the department/agency. You can overwrite that Dispatch Connect number set by the department/agency by entering a number you'd prefer.
