10-21 does not assign officers dedicated numbers. Instead, when a citizen calls back, 10-21 uses intelligent routing to alert the proper officer with a callback request.
To give a citizen a way to reach you, make one call to them from the app during your interaction, then tell that citizen to add that number to their address book to request a call
